Tailored to your specific needs to take your training to the next level.

Whether you are a beginner with many questions, a seasoned veteran looking to refine your skills, an athlete recovering from an injury, or just someone who wants individually tailored expert advice, Laura will work with you to create a program that makes sense for your unique body, level of experience, and lifestyle.

Sessions can be scheduled in the comfort of your own home, apartment, hotel, local beach or park, or via Skype.

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY -

Favored by beginners and experienced athletes alike, Laura designs a program to help ease the body into increased mobility through stretching techniques, corrective exercise, foam rolling, and miofacial release. This program will help you create space by teaching you the steps to recovery from strenuous training or a previous injury.

Whether it be the flowing motion of Vinyasa, the light weight training and cardio of Sculpt, the peace and recovery of Yin, Laura’s goal is to improve your core stabilization, balance, muscular strength and flexibility by providing a full detox of the mind, body, and soul.

She has lived and trained at various camps around Thailand, LA & NYC specializing in Muay Thai, Kickboxing & Western Boxing.
